Mentorship

Mentorship Program aims to;

• provide an additional opportunity for teachers to reflect on the mentee’s teaching practice,
• provide an additional opportunity for teachers to reflect on the mentor’s teaching practice,
• create collaboration that is beneficial for both the mentor and mentee teachers,
• provide an opportunity for self-reflection on classroom instruction.
