About the Program
Human Resources Management Online Master’s Program focuses on the basic functions of human resources and current concepts that affect organizations in a rapidly changing business ecosystem. The main objective of the program is to train managers equipped with the intellectual knowledge and professional skills to develop human resource practices for changing working conditions and evaluate the impact of these practices on organizational outcomes. To this end, students take courses covering both strategic human resource functions and employee-oriented management approaches such as motivation, coaching, and leadership.
Students follow a curriculum consisting of ten courses, five core and five elective courses. Core courses include basic human resources courses such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, performance management and compensation, as well as labor law, strategic human resources management, and organizational behavior courses. Elective courses are designed to help students follow current issues in the field of human resources and develop management skills. Students can take courses from the field of Human Resources Management and from the online education general elective course list. General Elective Courses can be selected from the e-MBA Turkish and Banking and Finance Online Education Programs lists.
