Case Study and Workshops
Case Study and workshops offer one-to-one interaction by bringing together participants with representatives of companies specialized in the sector. In this way, participants gain practical experience while reinforcing their theoretical knowledge and find the opportunity to produce innovative solutions on real cases they encounter. The program aims to increase sectoral knowledge and improve participants' problem-solving competencies.
Case Study
As part of the Case Study, participants are presented with real cases identified by companies in the sector. These studies aim to develop participants' skills such as solution-oriented thinking, strategic planning and teamwork. Each case study is conducted in group sessions lasting 30-40 minutes. During the session, participants analyze the case and try to come up with innovative and feasible solutions to the problems. At the end of the session, representatives of the companies evaluate the presentations of the participants and provide feedback on criteria such as the applicability, creativity and strategic approach of the solution proposals. Thus, participants have the opportunity to test their theoretical knowledge in practice and improve their sectoral perspectives.
Workshops
Workshops are interactive and hands-on activities that focus on a specific topic and aim to improve both the technical and social skills of the participants. These workshops ensure active participation of the participants, making the learning process more efficient and permanent. Workshop sessions, which usually last 1.5-2 hours, consist of content prepared by companies specializing in the sector and enriched with real experiences. During the workshop, participants increase their technical knowledge by making practical applications on specific topics, while also having the opportunity to develop their soft skills such as teamwork, communication, problem solving and creativity. This interactive environment allows participants to directly experience what they have learned and contributes to their awareness of sectoral knowledge and trends.
Interview Simulation
Interview Simulation is an application that aims to improve interview skills by providing students with a real job interview atmosphere. Within the scope of this activity, students have the opportunity to have one-on-one interviews with human resources representatives of companies. Each interview lasts approximately 25-30 minutes and, just like in real interviews, candidates' communication skills, CVs, problem-solving skills and suitability for the position are evaluated.
During the interviews, students learn how to express themselves more effectively during the interview process and get one-on-one feedback from the representatives. They also get important tips on how to discover their strengths, recognize areas that need improvement and prepare for frequently asked questions during the interview. This experience provides students with important contributions in terms of managing interview stress, gaining self-confidence and being ready for a professional job interview. It also allows students to expand their professional network through direct contact with companies.
