The 21st International Conference on Synthesis, Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Methods, and Applications to Circuit Design (SMACD)

Date:
July 7-10, 2025

Place: İstanbul Bilgi University santralistanbul Campus

The 21st International Conference on Synthesis, Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Methods, and Applications to Circuit Design (SMACD), with a rich 34-year history, will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, from July 7 to 10, 2025. The event will be hosted by İstanbul Bilgi University in collaboration with Gebze Technical University.

SMACD has been a leading platform for innovation and collaboration in modeling, simulation, and synthesis for Analog, Mixed-Signal, RF (AMS/RF), and multi-domain integrated circuits and systems. The conference also emphasizes emerging technologies and applications, including nanoelectronics, biological systems, MEMS, and optoelectronics, alongside open-source tools and methods for IC design.

Contributions involving CMOS, beyond CMOS, and More-than-Moore technologies—such as MEMs, power devices, sensors, and passives—are warmly welcomed.

SMACD continues its legacy of fostering collaboration and showcasing cutting-edge advancements by bringing together researchers, institutions, and companies from the IC Design and EDA communities.

General Chairs

Okan Zafer Batur, İstanbul Bilgi University

Engin Afacan, Gebze Technical University

The conference is technically sponsored by IEEE, CASS, and CEDA.
