Sinan Ökek is a trainer, Agility consultant, leadership coach and a keynote speaker with 14 years of experience in areas of marketing, sales, finance and key account management across several multinational companies. He delivers Agile training and coaches teams since he joined ACM in 2019. Collaborating with leadership teams, he helped 10+ companies for organizational transformation as well as 100+ Agile teams to ramp up so far. He has several Agile certifications from Scrum.org, Kanban University, IC Agile and Scrum Alliance. He is currently an instructor at Sabancı University to deliver "Agile Transformation" courses at a graduate level. He is also a certified Co-Active Coach within Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). 

Murat Yurdakul has been consulting companies across various industries for many years, guiding them in their transformation into value-driven and impact-focused organizations. He has mentored and coached numerous organizations through their transformation journeys. He is an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Kanban University and an instructor to teach "Agile Transformation" at the graduate level at Sabancı University.
