Important Announcement About Final Exams

Dear Students,

Pursuant to the decision taken in our University’s Academic Board meeting dated May 23, 2023:

*All the final exams, resit exams, and make-up exams to be administered at the end of 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester will take place online.

*The final exams of the associate degree and undergraduate applied courses, final exams of our English Preparatory Program, master and doctoral programs’ final exams, juries, final presentations, thesis defenses, and qualifying exams in doctoral programs will take place face-to-face.

Our students who will attend the exams to be administered online are required to have a camera and microphone and keep their cameras on during the exam. The exam schedules including the dates and hours of final exams will be announced on our website.

Our students who do not have the necessary technical infrastructure for the exams can take the exams at our santralistanbul Campus by using the computers and internet on the campus provided that they report their situation to us beforehand. Students who would like to take the exams at santralistanbul Campus should inform the university by sending an e-mail to IThelpdesk@bilgi.edu.tr until June 1, 2023.
