e-Signed Diplomas

Attention to our graduates,

Beginning from 2016-2017 spring semester, documents such as diplomas, diploma supplements, etc. will be prepared with e-signature and as of 15th July 2017 will be sent to your e-mail addresses (.....@bilgi.edu.tr) through Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of our University. 

In case of necessity, you will be able to send your diploma and/or other documents by  e-mail to the requesting institutions. If you want to receive your diploma as hard-copy, we kindly ask you to make request via SIS (Student Page) by selecting "Other" in “Document Request” section. 

Due to the e-signed diplomas application, no ‘interim certificates of graduation’ will be prepared; therefore if you need your ‘interim certificate of graduation’ before July 15th, we suggest to have it via YÖKSİS with your “e-devlet” password. 

Diplomas of Vocational School of Health Services and also School of Health Sciences will be delivered after the approval of Ministry of Health. Students may receive their ‘interim certificates of graduation’ from the Student Affairs Office at santralistanbul Campus.
