Training on International Arbitration

Date: March 10-12, 2016

The Training will feature prominent experts in international arbitration, including Dr. Borzu Sabahi of the Washington, DC office of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP; Ms. Helene Gogadze of the Washington, DC office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and Ms. Aslı Budak of Hergüner Bilgen Özeke Attorney Partnership. The instructors will focus on Investor State Arbitration; Drafting and Procedure Considerations in Arbitration Agreements; and Turkish Law Implications of the Prevalence of Arbitration.

The training will be given exclusively in English, and is timed to coincide with a full-day Conference on International Dispute Resolution İstanbul Bilgi University Research Center for International Trade Law and Arbitration, its WTO Chair and ILI-Istanbul.
