Emeritus Prof. İlter Turan will lead the 25th IPSA World Congress.

İstanbul Bilgi University’s Emeritus Prof. Dr. İlter Turan, who was elected as the President of the world’s one of the most respected and well-established scientific organizations, International Political Science Association (IPSA), will lead the President’s Plenary session, titled “Challenging the Borders of Liberal Democracy: The Global Rise of Populism” at the 25th IPSA World Congress to be held on July 21-25, 2018, at Brisbane, Australia.  

Professor Emeritus İlter Turan will complete his year term of office by presiding this Congress.
