santralistanbul In-Campus Car Park Subscriptions

Our undergraduate students on santralistanbul Campus who choose to subscribe for the period 23 September 2019-23 January 2020 should e-mail their request to otopark@bilgi.edu.tr until 15.00 on 19 September 2019, stating their name-surname, student number, department and the vehicle registration plate*. Please note that applications should be filled via BİLGİ student e-mail address (@bilgiedu.net) in order to be taken into consideration.

Students whose applications have approved will be informed by SMS and e-mail message on 20 September 2019 at 17.30.

Students who will be entitled for subscriptions will be determined on Monday, 23 September 2019 at 11.00, by drawing lots in the presence of a public notary at santralistanbul Campus (Energy Museum-Seminar Room). The drawing lots will also be open to our students.

On 23 September 2019 at 18.00, the names of the 750 students on the primary list and the names of the 250 students on the secondary list will be notified by SMS and e-mail.  

Students on the primary list should pay their subscription fees to the payment office until 17.00 on 28 September 2019. If students on the primary list do not apply for subscription, students on the secondary list will become entitled to carry out their subscriptions, following the order determined during the lot-drawing. Students on the secondary list will be notified by SMS and e-mail on 30 September 2019. They will be asked to complete the subscription process until 17.00 on 3 October 2019.

We would like to remind you that the lot-drawing will be open only to those students whose department is on santralistanbul Campus and who have already enrolled in courses, and that a four-month subscription fee will be payable for subscriptions between 23 September 2019-23 January 2020.

Entitled subscriptions shall be identified with the student identity card and vehicle license plate in a manner integrated with the new license plate recognition system installed in in-campus car park of santralistanbul. Entitled subscriptions can only be received by entitled student.

Students with a disability report will be entitled to the subscription without participating in the lot-drawing.

* Since the lot-drawing will be attended by a public notary, the names and student numbers of those students who send an e-mail for participating in the lot-drawing will be disclosed to the public notary in question; and the students will be notified by SMS and e-mail message. In case of multiple applications with the same vehicle registration plate, the validity of applications shall be checked following the drawing using vehicle registration information.
