2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Europe Erasmus Staff Mobility Call (2020 Project 1st Call) 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Erasmus Europe Staff Mobility Call (2020 Project 1st Call) (Training) The application period for 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 Erasmus Europe Staff Mobility will be between 2-22 June 2022. The minimum duration for an Erasmus+ Mobility for training is 2 days and the maximum duration is 5 days. This mobility period depends on the amount of the grant that will be allocated to Istanbul Bilgi University, therefore final mobility period is determined by Erasmus Office. In all cases, a training activity has to comprise a minimum of 2 consecutive days and you must be a full/part time administrative staff to apply. Staff members should contact the corresponding department of the partner institution, communicate and arrange his/her own Erasmus exchange visit. The host institution may assist you in finding on or off- campus housing and send you an invitation letter for the visa, if needed. Mobility activities cannot be carried out after the end date of the agreement signed with Erasmus Office. The project deadline is 31 May 2023. The amount of support provided per day per country is determined by the National Agency (www.ua.gov.tr) based on instructions by the European Commission.
